About BEcamp

BEcamp is a business education startup that partners with colleges and high schools to help non-business majors prepare for work and life.

What Student Profile Does BEcamp Serve?

Our focus is on non-business majors who identify as “business curious” but have little to no prior business experience. Most of these students end up working in business or business-adjacent jobs after graduation, and are looking for supplemental educational experiences to help them get ready.

What Does BEcamp Offer?

BEcamp offers engaging, experiential in-person workshops delivered by expert BEcamp facilitators on your campus.

Our workshops help students learn the basic principles of business, explore career pathways, impress in job applications & interviews, and accelerate their career trajectories. By partnering with BEcamp, your school can quickly enhance your co-curricular programming in a high-demand field that students actually want to learn about, save you time & money, and boost student career outcomes.

We are actively developing our online offerings (expected summer 2026 launch).

What Makes BEcamp Different?

  • Our “simple but rigorous” content philosophy (critical to engage smart “business curious” students who are new to the world of business)

  • Our emphasis on active/hands-on learning that is fun, engaging, and memorable

  • Our wide breadth of content areas to cover the full “system” of business (Core Concepts, Business Strategy, Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Teamwork, Career Journey, and more!)

Why Now?

For generations, one of the main purposes of education has been to help people get better jobs. This may be especially true today—when scrutiny on the value and ROI of college are at an all-time high.

Meanwhile, AI is putting tremendous pressure on entry-level jobs, particularly in “knowledge economy” sectors like technology, finance, and professional services.

Students, parents, and schools are nervous that the old ways of doing things may not be enough.

To combat these challenging labor market dynamics, students need to upskill better and earlier than ever before in order to stand out and add value in the modern workplace.

Business skills are a perfect fit for this moment. Most jobs “live” somewhere in the business world, and business skills are durable, valuable, and transferrable. The fundamentals of business have largely stayed the same through many previous waves of technological change, and we believe business acumen will continue to be rewarded in the age of AI.
